It is 2am and i am writing a brief on behalf of a real person... let's just be honest it freaks me out and i am a little bit overwhelmed... not sure if what i am writing is good law. Something my teacher said to us "good facts make good law, bad facts make bad law." I"m afraid the facts of my case are not the best... hum... not so good law... sigh
So today is a journey into doing stuff that really matters... and i find myself dragging my heels. They tell us that we owe a double duty, one to our client and one to anyone who might be affected by the ruling of our cases... hum... the stakes are a little higher than last semester... so i am procrasting... yes at 2am in the morning... :)
ok off to go make soso law... no off to make the law a little clearer! I am giving myself a pep talk
